Buy the real Atkins Diet book.

This book was well written. But seemed to be only an overview of the actual diet. I was hoping for more information concerning the eating plan.

Good recipes that are mostly easy to make and tasty,It's instructional and full of easy. I recommend this cook book

I bought the book because I have never read about the Atkins Diet. I didn't know who wrote the first book or anything else about the diet (wasn't sure which one to purchase). There were several grammatical errors and I would have to stop and read sections again. I guess the book is okay, but it isn't at all what I was expecting.

I didn’t know this was only a guide to how to do the diet. If you want the complete diet book, this isn’t the one.

Quick guide to Atkins Diet. I feel ready to learn some recipes and start this diet. Cleaning my cupboards of all the white enriched bread today!

I was sorely disappointed in this book. Not what I expected at all. I've been on the Atkins diet, this book added nothing that was not in the original.
